TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TREATMENTS OFFERED AT BRANCHES

Welcome to the Treatments page of Nuup Beauty Group SA de CV (hereinafter “Nuup Beauty”). These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the treatment services offered in our physical branches. By booking or receiving any of our treatments, you agree to comply with the provisions described herein.

1. Reservations

All reservations for treatments must be made through the official means provided by Nuup Beauty, including our website, telephone or directly at our branches.

Nuup Beauty reserves the right to request a deposit in advance as a guarantee to confirm the appointment.

2. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid loss of deposit or penalty charges.

Appointment changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Late Arrivals

If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time may be reduced to accommodate the scheduled appointment, without any right to a refund or discount.

4. Duration of Treatments

Treatments last approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour , depending on the type of service, the patient's assessment and other related factors.

5. Health and Contraindications

Before any treatment is performed, the client will be asked to fill out a health form to identify possible contraindications.

It is the client's responsibility to inform about any medical condition, allergy or use of medications that may affect the performance of the treatment.

Nuup Beauty reserves the right to refuse service if it considers that there are risks to the client's health.

6. Treatment Results

Results may vary depending on individual client characteristics, such as skin type, medical history, and adherence to post-treatment recommendations.

Nuup Beauty does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for unmet expectations outside the reasonable scope of treatment.

7. Responsibility

Nuup Beauty uses trained personnel and high-quality products to carry out the treatments. However:

Nuup Beauty is not responsible for any adverse effects such as burns, allergies, hives, spots, irritations or other side effects that may arise after the treatment, since each client has a unique skin type, medical condition or reaction.

Clients assume the risk of possible adverse reactions by agreeing to undergo treatment, especially if they fail to provide complete and accurate information on the health form.

Nuup Beauty will not be responsible for poorly executed treatments due to incorrect or incomplete instructions provided by the client.

8. Payments

Payments must be made before or immediately after receiving treatment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards and other payment methods specified in our branches.

Refunds will not be given for completed treatments, except in exceptional cases assessed by management.

9. Promotions and Packages

Promotions and discounts apply only during the specified dates and are subject to availability.

Treatment packages are valid and cannot be transferred to other people.

10. Information Privacy

All personal information provided by customers, including health data, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.
